Hola, estoy traduciendo unos documentos filipinos donde aparece el DFA o Department of Foreign Affairs.

Mi inclinación es a traducirlo como Ministerio de ASUNTOS Exteriores

Pero he visto que en muchas respuestas lo traducen como Ministerio de RELACIONES Exteriores.

Mi pregunta es... ¿Hay alguna diferencia? Y de ser así, ¿cuál es?

Si es para España lo traduciría así. Y, si no me equivoco, la otra opción se usa más en América Latina.

Actualmente en España se llama "Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y de Cooperación".
