Estoy haciendo una traducción de un acuerdo de compraventa donde aparece el concepto en cuestión según el siguiente contexto:
"For purposes of the Estimated Closing Statement, volume will be determined based on terminal statements at close of business on the day prior to closing. At the Adjustment Calculation Time, the same independent inspector will perform pipeline and tank gauging and quality testing to verify quantities and qualities reflected in the supporting schedules discussed above".
