English term or phrase: Contingent Liability Law
I have been practicing in the area
of Contingent Liability Law for the past
10 years.

Spanish translation:Ley de Responsabilidad (Civil) por Contingencia
Explanation:
It's good to add (Civil), because in Spanish, it could lead to confusion with other branches of liabilities.
Luck!

Thank you for your explanation. Pardon my ignorance, but if
you say contingent liability and add the word 'civil' in spanish for clarity am I sure there is not another type of contingent liability law other than civil let's say criminal contingent liability? If I say
'civil' for contingent liability that is the only kind it could be?

Thanks again.

Explanation:
Contingent liability es responsabilidad contingente. (diccionario jurídico de Cabanellas de la Cueva), y al hablar de "área", pienso que tal vez el término "law" se refiere a "derecho", más que a "ley".
Suerte, espero que te sirva.

Explanation:
Yo lo traduciria así: Llevo ejerciendo abogacía por los últimos 10 años concentrándome en derecho de responsabilidad contingente (o simplemente, concentrándome en responsabilidad contingente)
