EX PARTE: a instancia y en relación con una única parte, en un juicio o procedimiento.

Con más contexto te podría ayudar mejor. Hace poco traduje una querella criminal y apareció un par de veces y la tuve que explicar en cada caso adaptando a por qué una de las partes queda "afuera" en cada caso.
En latín no se utiliza al menos en Argentina.
