Precio Fijado Explanation: I think this is goes better, because means that the price has been fixed for some reason. Precio fijo gives me the idea of something that cannot be changed at all. Precio, is a male noun, Es niño!! Una cantidad equivalente al precio fijado. El Mandatario acuerda vender el Objeto del Acuerdo, a un precio no inferior a la cantidad establecida por el Mandante (a partir de aqui, Precio Fijado) ....a un precio no inferior al Precio Fijado. Nota: en lugar de "no inferior", se puede usar, "igual o superior" |

precio fijado / acordado Explanation: I agree with "edaniel". When speaking about an agreement between two parts either one of these solutions seems the most natural. "Fijado" and not "fijo", because it has been fixed by someone for this ocasion. Therefor I consider that "acordado" would also fit in this context. ---> en adelante, el "Precio fijado/acordado" ---> una cantidad equivalente al "precio fijado/acordado Suerte en tu caminar. |
