Se trata de un NDA "Non Disclosure Agreement". He visto que en Portugués y Español latinoamericano se traduce como Parte reveladora y Parte receptora. Pero no me es familiar así en Español (España).

para <disclose> sugiero <divulgar>, para <receive> hay varios verbos apropiados, pero me pregunto que tal vez se podría usar <la parte informada>....hmmmmm

Gracias. Tu respuesta me pareció válida. Pero he decidido traducirlo como "parte transmitente de la información", porque el concepto de "parte transmitente" es muy sólido en derecho y porque el hecho de transmitir a la otra parte la información no implica "divulgar". Gracias en cualquier caso.
