English to Spanish translations [PRO] Law/Patents
English term or phrase:see context
The sentence is:
" it will undertake to deliver up possesion of X to the Bank, within one calendar month of the Consent Order being granted by the Courts."
My translation would be:
"se comprometerá a entregar la posesión de X al Banco en el plazo de un mes a partir de que los Tribunales concedan el "mandato de consentimiento"."
What I would like to ask, is whether this is the sense of the sentence or not. "A partir de que" I don't know exactly if this is the sense.
I've writen "mandato de consentimiento" like that, because that's another word I have to search. I will ask it in another question.
