No entiendo como este concepto no puede existir en español; ¿es que no se puede terminar un contrato, posiblemente antes de tiempo?

Explanation:
Como alternativa a "Separabilidad", ciertos traductores utilizan la expresión "Divisibilidad del contrato". En realidad esta cláusula no existe en la práctica jurídica española por lo que no existe un equivalente ni siquiera para el título de la misma.
