I was the previous contributor who translated this as 'terminación' but I was referring to 'severance pay' (finiquito). This is not the meaning here.
The best the law dic came up with was :
'severable contract' = contrato separable o divisible.
I think that's possibly your translation, because your context for 'serverability', is exactly as described in the extracts above. Essentially, one invalid part of the contract does not invalidate the entire contract, hence the contract can be considered as 'separable' or divisible'

Explanation: No sé si a los abogados les parecerá bien el término, o si severabilidad se usa en su círculo, pero yo siempre he traducido la palabra en cuestión como divisibilidad y nunca me han reclamado, además se entiende perfectamente.
