English to Spanish translations [Non-PRO] Law/Patents
English term or phrase:Florida D.L.
The document is a power of attorney and the term appears in this context:
"Mr. XXX, citizen of Spain, with Florida D.L. 1515-660-54...., of age, domiciled at...."
What does D.L. stands for? I need the term in english and possible translation.
Thanks in advance.
Explanation: Here in U.S.A the driver's licence is a very important document. If you go to a bank to open an account, you can do so only with your driver's licence. It is an equivalent to the Identity Card in other countries. This is why it is not surprising that the DL appears in such a document.
