acción legal inminente o pendiente
Explanation:
Hello. It really sounds awful, "threatened action". It's not quite a threat but it can be seen as one. Basically "inminente/threatened" and "pending/pendiente" all have a sense of time, the first being about something is about to occur, the latter about something which may occur anytime in the future. Whether one or the other, and whichever they may be, the company wants to know at once. That's all I reckon. Good luck with it. Cheers :-)
Oh jeez, I keep forgetting. There go a couple of links: link 1: "Codigo conducta jueces...

Saludos,

Patricia

Acción conminada o pendiente

Explanation:
Direct translation, but for legal situations conminada has the sense of a summons or court order.

2 days 4 hrs
acciones legales inminentes o pendientes

Explanation:
The translation of "threatened" would be "inminente" meaning that these actions may come in the very near future. In that sense they are a "threat" but without any connection with the word's literal meaning. "Inminente" or "threatened" has to do with a temporal significance. The other term is "pending" and must be translated literally as "pendiente".
"Acciones legales inminentes o pendientes"

I hope this helps you. Regards.

Laura.
