Law/Patents
English term or phrase: Courts of Equity
"...appear in... Courts, Tribunals, Hearings, Courts of Equity..."
baqmia
Spanish translation:See below
Explanation:
Equity is system of law designed to furnish remedies for wrongs which were not legally recognized under the common law of England or for which no adequate remedy was provided by the common law. As such, there is no equivalence in coutries whose law systems do not derive from the English. (As is the case with Spanish-speaking countries).

Good luck!

The differences between common law and civil law countries are marked. Although I am fully aware of the differences, I was hoping to find a good answer. Please note, as provided in another answer, "tribunal de equidad" is being used by the media. I don't know, however, if attorneys in civil law countries use this term. Would be nice to know.

tribunal de equidad

Explanation:
