Personalmente huyo de los gerundios como de la peste, aunque reconozco que abundan en la jerga forense.
"Mencionado" mejor que "indicado"...me parece.
Finalmente, si verdaderamente quieres impresionar al cliente, emplea un latinajo [a los que también son muy dados los leguleyos], y traduce
"mencionado ut supra" en vez de "arriba mencionado"...
