English to Spanish translations [PRO]
Law/Patents
English term or phrase: corporate, partnership or pecuniary rights
as in "Interests in the Company are....free and clear of...all other limitations regarding ownership, possession or exercise of corporate , patnership or pecuniary rights"
Can someone also tell me the difference between ownership and possession and between corporate and partnership?

Spanish translation:derechos sociales o pecuniarios
Explanation:
As I understand it, the whole sentence would be something like this:

Las participaciones sociales se encuentran libres de cualquier otra limitación en cuanto a dominio, tenencia, o ejercicio de derechos sociales o pecuniarios.

'Participaciones sociales' should cover both shares and partnership interests.

Similarly 'derechos sociales' should cover both corporate and partnership rights (ie rights of shareholders or partners).

Explanation:
Según el Glosario Legal y Económico de la Cepal:
1.ownership: propiedad
2.possession: posesión
3.partnership: sociedad de personas
4.corporate: sociedad anónima, empresa

Las definiciones en inglés:
Partnership: Shared ownership among two or more individuals, some of whom may, but do not necessarily, have limited liability with respect to obligations of the group. (Yahoo)
Corporation: A legal entity that is separate and distinct from its owners. (Yahoo)
Ownership: The state, relation, or fact of BEING AN OWNER. (Webster's)
Possession: Control or occupancy of property WITHOUT REGARD to ownership (Webster's)

Para tu traducción, tienes que considerar que algunos de los términos quedan como adjetivos.
