This may have been typed from a handwritten text, or by someone with tired eyes. When I first looked at it in the list, my eyes saw Rehnquist, because of the way the li resembles the shape of the h, and because one\'s brain is always trying to read meaning into what one\'s eyes see. Thus a flat tire by the roadside may be perceived as a dead dog at a distance, or a configuration of clouds may become a snowman or flock of sheep. In any case, it is common usage in the United States to refer to the Supreme Court by the last name of its Chief Justice at any given time. Cf. the Burger Court, the Warren Court.
