English term or phrase: Permanent Commission
XYZ, A Notary Public in and for the Province of British Columbia (Permanent Commission).

A manera de curiosidad -- se dice el Idioma Castellano o el Idioma Espan~ol. Se acentuan las letras mayusculas (he observado que muchos documentos traducidos del ingles al castellano usan esta modalida).

Comisión Permanente
Explanation:

This is a better option, and it is very common (it can be used for a commission, which is working in any sphere). I found more than 2,200 search results, in documents written both Castellano and Espan~ol.

Best regards.

Thank-you for the explanation. Re: castellano / espan~ol I found out that Latin American used castellano as a means of severing ties from the Spain. Now, these feelings are sort of waning and both are acceptable.

comision permanente

Explanation:
Hope it helps. (written accent on the 'o' in 'sion')

You can use "castellano" o "espanol",
The RAE allows you to either write an accent or not on the capital letters. I usually put the accent.
