I have provided below a short context. What's the correct translation for tolling in this case? Please cite the source if available. I will appreciate your opinion. Thank you.

WHEREAS, X and Y have entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement pursuant to which X has sold and Y has purchased certain products..

WHEREAS, X has agreed to supply Y for a limited time certain Products,

WHEREAS, X and Y wish to define their respective rights with regard to the supply of Poducts...

SECTION 2. Sales to Y. During the term of this agreement, X agrees to sell or toll for Y such quantities of Products as Y may order pursuant to the provisions of.... All deliveries shall be made to such locations designated by Y to X.
