Objetivo legalmente establecido


Explanation:
Es mezclar un poco las definiciones anteriores, pero realmente, al menos en mi país, para que una institución sin fines de lucro pueda funcionar como tal (con las excenciones impositivas que eso implica) debe tener una autorización legal, en la que declara su objetivo, y puede perder su status y privilegios impositivos si su actividad se aparta de este objetivo.
