Does anyone know what "UPON SUCH CALL" means in the following sentence?

"Any meeting at which a quorum is present may also be adjourned in like manner and for such time or UPON SUCH CALL as may be determined by a majority vote of the stockholders present or represented by proxy and entitled to vote."
