Estoy de acuerdo con Mariana, waiver significa renuncia o abandono de un derecho legal pero ¿será una errata en su contexto cuando dice "no waiver of breach of any"? en vez de "no waiver or breach of any...?
Para que diga entonces:
"...ninguna renuncia o violación de ninguna condición de este contrato..."
