English term or phrase: business days
"It will be determined that an employee who fails to report to work or fails to contact management for a period of 3 consecutive business days will have abandoned his job, thus resulting in his/her termination"

I know the phrase "business days" is not difficult to translate, but due to the importance of this paragraph I´d like to write the exact translation. What do you think about "días laborables"?

Thanks a lot!

Días laborables
Explanation:
Yo lo traduciría como dias laborables tal como lo sugeriste. No usaría jornadas laborables porque por lo menos en algunos países de Sudamérica implica solo obreros (de fábricas por ejemplo) y no empleados.

Suerte!

Días laborables

Explanation:
I think that's the right translation, at least here in Spain. "Días hábiles" is also used but as the text is about employees, I would use "laborables".
