The company (or institution) wants to know the amount and source of any income that an employee has earned outside of the company. I would translate it as "actividades exteriores", (or even "actividades ajenas a la empresa (o institución)"), and "ingresos obtenidos externamente". Un saludo. |

Actividades economicas fuera de la empresa Explanation: I would like to amke it very explicit. I would say "actividades economicas fuera de la empresa ' OR 'ganancias fuera de la empresa'. Sometimes translators have to do such amplified translation just to be explicit. |

Puede ser que la persona trabaje para alguien más, ó que simplemente en sus ratos libres se dedique a la jardinería ó a vender tacos.
