Según encontré lo llaman como dice plantxy "acollador", pero si el término que necesitas es para estos lares, te sugiero "cordón náutico" o "cordón marino".
En el segundo enlace lo llaman "cordón para colgar", pero dado el tipo de texto, me parece mejor el "náutico".

Qué paqueta la translation.. eh?
