Multi-Stakeholder Committee

accionistas
Explanation:
A stakeholder is one who has an interest in a company - pecuniary - i.e 'participación'. It's synomous with share holder ('accionista')

The word 'stake' means to have a claim on property, land, etc and/or interest in the same, represented by an invstment of some kind.

Multi-Stakeholder Committee: the multi is difficult as it implies that the stakes are multiple, but you can only have one stake, even if represented by many individual shares

partes interesadas, grupos afectados

Explanation:
Two definitions:

1. Stakeholders are large group of individuals or groups of individuals with an interest or claim (stated or implied) ehich has the potential of being impacted or having an impact on a given project. Stakeholder groups that have a direct or indirect 'stake' can be at the household, community, local, regional, national or international level (ref 1)

2. Any person or group of people tht have some interest or other in the running of an organization; includes costumers, competition, pressure groups, suppliers, intermediaries, local communities, the "city", the media, politicians, government, etc.

grupos de interés

Explanation:
This is a tough term which I have encountered several times, and that in my opinion must be translated differently depending on the context.

Stakeholders are all parties which are affected by a company and its activities: employees, investors, customers, providers and even the community where the company is located.

The dicctionary of Lozano Irueste translates it as "grupos de interés". I have sometimes translated it also as "partes interesadas".

In this case, I would translate it as "Comité de Grupos de Interés" or "Comité Global de Grupos de Interés".

You can see this term at the links below.

Un saludo.
