Explanation:
En general se llama "operador" a los empleados que atienden las llamadas telefónicas de los clientes. Creo que "representante" se usa en un sentido más restringido cuando los operadores trabajan en ventas (de todos modos son empleados de la empresa, no representantes de la misma)
