Explanation: Hi. I can't imagine a bolígrafo or lápiz with a porous pen, but of a "tip-pen" (rotulador (not a marker, that is "marcador"). Haven't found "lápiz/bolígrafo de punta porosa" but did some links with "rotulador" and "punta porosa". You may check these:
"BOLIGRAFOS; ROTULADORES Y MARCADORES CON PUNTA DE FIELTRO U
OTRA PUNTA POROSA; ESTILOGRAFICAS Y DEMAS PLUMAS ESTILETES O PUNZONES...; PORTAMINAS" (link 1) and:
960810 - Bolígrafos.
960820 - Rotuladores y marcadores con punta de fieltro u otra punta porosa.
960831 -- Para dibujar con tinta china.
960839 -- Las demás.
960840 - Portaminas." (link 2)
Which seem to confirm my suspicion, as "punta porosa" and "bolígrafo/lápiz" don't show together. OK this is long enough, I hope it helps. Good luck :)
