Cuando una persona quiere invertir en los EEUU u otro país se le otorga la llamada visa de inversionista. Cuando van por negocios se les da la visa b1 b2 Turismo/negocios para personas que mantienen relaciones comerciales con ese pais. Yo me iria por ese lado, inversionista o inmigrante por negocios.
