this is a part or accessory of a toy gun. aparently it may have been written before as "phazer"

Explanation:
"Phaser" is the term for laser pistols in all the "Star Trek" series. In Spain, it was translated as "fásers". If it´s a "space pistol" toy, the manufacturers might have changed the name slightly to avoid copyright issues. That´s all I can think of.
