Te sugiero no traducirlo ya que es un nombre propio.

Pero si deseas de todas maneras traducirlo, en mi opinión no se trata de camas sino de "pensiones" donde se da alojamiento.

En Inglaterra, los B&B por ejemplo son muy populares (Bed and Breakfast) y son hoteles o hostales pequeños en el cual incluyen el desayuno dentro del precio.

(si el contexto requiere aclaración de dónde es nacional la federación...)y si gustas entre paréntesis National Bed Federation.
En base de la crítica voy mejorando la oferta..
Obviamente no es indispensable traducir un nombre propio, pero tiene sus ventajas. Así el lector (¡quien por algún motivo lo hace traducir...!) tiene una idea de qué se trata y no se intriga qué será la Federación de Camas (para traducirlo literalmente le debe alcanzar a casi cualquiera hoy por hoy, no?) y justamente no se mata de risa o se divaga con Bed&Breakfast - o incluso cosas menos ingenuas. :-)
