Hi Maria,

I prefer these terms. "Hora de apertura" is much used when talking about a conference or a congress. "Hora de comienzo" is neutral, just as "hora de inicio". "Hora de inauguración (de la conferencia)" is great if you are talking about the FIRST speech of a conference.
