Explanation:
This amounts to a literal translation, and unless another term has already been introduced into the lingo in the Spanish speaking world, the above could hold. But I really don´t know. It´s a starting point!

detallistas de "Big Box"

Explanation:
If Big Box is a brand or a registered mark it could remain in English, so you do not need to say "Caja Grande".

Menudeo en "cantidades mayores" or "grandes cantidades"

Explanation:
Without having more of the context of what you are talking about, my experience as an Interpreter is that you perhaps are referring to big Wharehouses, such as Costo-Price Club, because you are talking about Sam's Club, where you can buy retail, but you are stuck with a big amount of merchandise that sometimes you have to share with other people because it would be too much for one single person. So looking at the words you are offering, I would translated as:

... Para introducir dos nuevos productos especificamente diseñados para las tiendas que venden menudeo en "grandes cantidades" (o "cantidades mayores"), tales como las tiendas depósito (o almacenes) Home Depot y Sam's Club...

In Mexico when we refer to a "Depósito" we talk about the stores where you can buy in big amounts or sometimes wholesale...

Menudeo en "cantidades mayores" o "grandes cantidades"

Explanation:
I want to add this comment to my way of interpreting your paragraph. It has been my experience to understand that in America, sometimes people talk with a lot of analogies. In your paragraph they are using the term "big box", and I don't think that it necessarily means "caja grande", but rather is the analogy of buying in "big boxes", which in reality are not literally big boxes, but rather big amounts of merchandise to be able to get a little better price that is not necessarily wholesale price. There is one good example of this. If you go to the local supermarket you buy cereal, so you get a small box that fits in your pantry. If you go to Costo or Sam's Club or Food for Less you buy sometimes de same cereal but the boxes are huge and inside you have only bags of the product, equivalent to three or four supermarket boxes. I feel that the term in this case is an analogy of the buying in "cajas grandes".

Good Luck

Sorry for the typo,

I meant "... sometimes the same cereal..."
instead of "...sometimes de same cereal..."

hipermercado

Explanation:
"Big box" refers to the size, shape and look of the store rather than selling things in big packages. See the following text:

The terms "value retailers", "superstore," "big box retailer," and "category killer" are used interchangeably. For these retailers, size does matter. The retail model depends on high-volume rather than price markups. To do a profitable volume, they must occupy large amounts of space. "Typically, they range in size from 90,000 to 200,000 square feet, are located as often as possible near highway interchanges or exits, use the same windowless box store design with several acres of a single-floor layout, and require vast surface parking..."

As the text says, it's the same as a "superstore," which according to Routledge, is "hipermercado."

And here's confirmation of that term:

HOME DEPOT Hipermercado de productos para la casa www.homedepot.com. www.noticiasdeinternet.com/contents/directorio/hogar.asp

Most of the new supply during the past three years consisted of superstores or 'big box' stores, including Makro, Lotus, Carrefour and Big C. (http://www.siamfuture.com/ThaiNews/ThNewsTxt.asp?tid=415)

La cadena de hipermercados de Carrefour ha reconocido que en 39 de sus tiendas, localizadas fundamentalmente al norte del país, ... (http://www.agrodigital.com/Ganaderia/SANIDAD ANIMAL/Escandal...

The link below has everything you could want to know about “big box” retailers.

Hope it helps.
