El dicc. de Alcaraz Varó/Hughes de Marketing traduce "cross-selling" como "venta cruzada" (que además se trata de un término conocido en marketing). Significa la venta de productos o servicios complementarios, derivados de la venta o producto original.

El up-selling consiste en mejorar las ventas con el mismo tipo de oferta. He visto bastantes sitios en español que utilizan el término en inglés (también en el caso de cross-selling), otros lo traducen como "venta mejorada".
