"no hay quién lo detenga" (see comment)


Explanation:
En este caso no es traducción sino algo que dé el entusiasmo con que se dice "with these diapers, "he's going places"... "con estos pañales, no hay quien lo detenga" de manera que se trata de entusiasmar al comprador... es truco de mercadeo. Mi humilde opinión. Ojalá que sirva.
