Veo en la referencia que dejo a continuación qué es el header point, pero no encuentro el término en español.

De acuerdo a la información que proporcionas, creo que, en primer lugar, es importante precisar que en este caso se trata de la punta del tornillo (point), no de su cabeza. He recurrido a la Norma DIN porque creo que es la fuente más fiable para encontrar la equivalencia adecuada, pero reconozco que no estoy seguro del todo de mi traducción y tampoco de que sea válida para tu país, Argentina.
Mi conclusión es que “header point” es un término relativamente poco habitual en tornillería, y parece que hace referencia al tornillo tipo “slotted pan head tapping screw”, que corresponde a la Norma DIN 7971 (equivalencia 1481 en el sistema ISO, véase primera referencia adjunta). Este tipo de tornillo tiene dos versiones, la “cone point” (C) y la “flat point” (F). Esta última parece ser la del gráfico de tu traducción, donde el “chamfer” sería el bisel final de la punta, es decir, es una punta cortada o plana.
