English term or phrase: Lean, per serving
I need help with the word "lean" and verify that the following are correct terms.

fat-free (libre de grasa)
low fat (bajo en grasa)

This is how "lean" is used.
lean - Less than 10 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat and 95 milligrams of cholesterol per serving.

Thanks a bunch for the help!

magro, por ración (or cada ración)
Explanation:
Another alternative would be indicating both genders by using "magro/a"

lean = (meat) magro/a; sin grasa

serving = (of food) ración; (of cake) porción; trozo

fat-free = sin grasa

low-fat = bajo en grasas, bajo en materias grasas (or en materia grasa), con bajo contenido de grasa, con contenido de graso reducido

low-fat milk = leche desnatada, leche con bajo contenido en grasa

Good luck!

bajo en grasa, por ración

Explanation:
"Magro" is very correct for meat and fish, but for other products, I usually see "bajo en grasa".

Per serving: por ración.

The other terms are free, although "fat-free" can be "desnatada" if referring to milk, and also "sin grasa" (as well as "libre de grasa").

Good luck,
