Los hilos de sutura están adheridos a las agujas de sutura de acero inoxidable Explanation: O también: "Las agujas de sutura de acero inoxidable vienen pre-enhebradas con las suturas / con los hilos de sutura" En este caso, "to swage" significa algo así como martillar o soldar una cosa sobre metal (en este caso, el hilo de sutura sobre la aguja). En costura común, las agujas tienen un "ojo" por donde se enhebra el hilo; pero en cirugía, el ojo de la aguja produciría desgarro tisular a su paso, entonces los fabricantes de estos materiales directamente "pegan" o “sueldan” el hilo dde sutura a un extremo la aguja sin necesidad de crear un ojo.
