Ruptura libre / contenida del pseudo-aneurisma


Explanation:
Pseudo-aneurisma es la denominación en esp. para 'false aneurism'. Es una ruptura parcial de las paredes de una arteria.

Una vez q'el pseudo-aneurisma se rompe (es decir, que queda en comunicación con la luz arterial), ruptura libre significa que la sangre fluye libremente del vaso que tenía el pseudo-aneurisma hacia los tejidos circundantes, produciendo un hematoma.

Ruptura contenida significa que el hematoma queda circunscripto a la pared del vaso con el pseudo-aneurisma.
