English term or phrase: timer
Need help with the terms in quotations marks. Any suggestions will greatly appreciated.

Set "timer" for 3 minutes.

This exercise increases your "proprioception" (or sense of position in your ankle joint).

You will learn how warm to keep your body to avoid finger and/or toe "shut-down".

Keep "pocket warmers" handy for unexpected cold weather.

If your feet sweat or your toes get very cold, try "wick-dry socks"

Use paper towels around a cup, or "koozie" to protect fingers from cold drinks.

Thank you.

temporizador, etc

Explanation:
Hola, there we go:
-"timer": temporizador.
-"proprioception": propiocepción (link 1)
-toe "shut-down": toe going numb: entumecimiento.
-"pocket warmers": calentador de bolsillos(www.armeria-alvarez.com/golf/trucos.php3)
-"wick-dry socks": calcetines de mecha (link 2)
-"koozie": that's got to come from "cozy/cosy" (de abrigo): manopla (this is a kind of glove to protect your hands in the kitchen, from hot oven trays for example)...(www.hyparion.com/web/diccionari/dics/muntanya.htm)
Those are my findings anyway, check links just in case, cheers :)

5 hrs
