English term or phrase: clubfoot; cleft lip
For "clubfoot" is one more common?-- "pie talo" or "pie calcáneo" -- esp. in Mexico, but any answer would help.
I find cleft palate, but not cleft lip.
Thanks to all in advance.

Pie talo y Labio Leporino
Explanation:

Pie equino varo; Labio leporino

Explanation:

Explanation:
I agree with a lot of the above mentioned as there are different nicknames but everything but the medical/technical translation should be "pie deforme congénito.
Some babies are born with a clubfoot which is a deformed foot that lacks muscle. My husband was born with a clubfoot. Muscle was taken out of his calf and put on his foot.

cleft lip - labio hendido - This is another kind of deformity. Such as a cleft palate which is "paladar hendido".

Good Luck!

4 hrs
pie deforme congénito, labio hendido

Explanation:
I agree with the above answer...in spoken speech the most common translation would be pie zambo or pie talo and labio leporino.

However, I think that the above terms are a better technical/professional translation. "Labio leporino" is like saying "harelip" in English - it's a commonly understood term but not in use among medical professionals. I suppose it depends on your audience in the target language. Good luck!
