I have found agglutinin test as test de aglutinación en Google. But I have not found the use of cold in Spanish. Any suggestions?

prueba de aglutinina fría
Explanation:
Cold agglutinin and cold agglutination don't seem to be the same thing. See:

The OMC medical dictionary on that site defines \"aglutinina\" as \"anticuerpo capaz de producir inmovilización y aglutinación de las bacterias o células específicas que estimulan su producción\" and aglutinina fría as \"la que actúa a baja temperatura, de O a 20. C.\"

Meanwhile, my general Funk and Wagnalls English dictionary defines agglutinin as \"an antibody arising in blood serum and causing the red corpuscles or any bacteria it touches to coalesce into floccules.\"

So agglutinin=aglutinina
