Higado del paciente receptor- Higado del donante. Explanation: Sorry, my wife who is an MD is sound asleep. For the time being, this is my gut feeling...until she wakes up: Liver native is "el higado del paciente receptor" and Liver CM is "el higado del donante" based on the euphemism of Liver "Corpus Mortem" or liver of the body that is to die, the donor.
