Exposure to ultra-sound waves. Some people say "sonicar" but I think this verb does not exist in Spanish yet. For instance, cellulat tissues can be sonicated (sometidos a ultrasonido) to separate particles.
Personal experience: I am a chemist and have one sonicate device in my lab.
