This question has been asked before, and it was answered by CCW: creo que simplemente se refiere a "puntos en el tiempo", es decir, momentos, oportunidades, ocasiones, etc.

I agree... however, I'm not sure how to incorporate that into this sentence:

"Collect .75 mL to 1.0 mL of whole blood at each timepoint." This is for a timed PK collection that will be repeated at hour 1, 2, 4, etc.

Please advise!

Sólo sugerirte que, si ya han especificado los intervalos a los que que hay que sacar las muestras, puedes decir simplemente "recoger 0.75 a 1 mL de sangre entera en cada extracción" o "realizar una extracción de 0.75 a 1 mL de sangre entera en (o según) los intervalos de tiempo preestablecidos".
