Estoy de acuerdo con NNieto. Yo lo dejaría en inglés, especificando el lugar en español, en tu caso: "...expertos de Royal College of Physicians del Reino Unido..."

En Internet aparecen más de 90 sitios en español con el nombre en inglés.

Explanation:
Si, puedes dejarlo en el inglés original. Pero yo indicaría también su equivalente en castellano, quizás entre paréntesis, que es "Real Colegio de Médicos". Al menos en España el organismo equivalente se llama "Colegio de Médicos" (de ahí la expresión "estar colegiado", o sea, inscrito en el Colegio de Médicos) y en inglés es lo mismo, salvo que es "Real".
