en España se diría bloqueo del nervio oftálmico o anestesia oftálmica , ya que se refiere al bloqueo sobre el nervio, no sobre el ojo.

agree  Tomás Cano Binder, BA, CT: Sí, en este caso estoy de acuerdo contigo. También pienso que se bloquea el nervio oftálmico. Con "bloqueo ocular", si no me equivoco, se habla del bloqueo del globo ocular para una intervención, no un efecto secundario de una anestesia no oftálmica.

  -> gracias Tomás!; ya he visto que en ocasiones se dice "bloqueo ocular", sí, pero lo correcto sería oftálmico por lo que decimos: no se bloquea el ojo, sino el nervio
