neutral  celiacp: en argot médico lo llamamos fresa. Escariador en otros ámbitos seguro que va perfecto, pero el término utilizado por los traumatólogos es "fresa"

Explanation:
fuera del argot médico seguramente su traducción sea otra , pero en traumatología la llamamos fresa.
La siguiente página de Traumatología es portuguesa, pero el término es igual que en castellano.
