Explanation:
Escuché esto en una película y desde entonces prestando atención al tema me he dado cuenta que se usa más de lo que hubiera pensado. "Legalmente ciego o ciega" es aquella persona con "baja visión" (otra alternativa que no se ha nombrado aún) y que aunque "vea", su visión no es confiable en el sentido de que la luz (excesiva) o la falta de luz, los objetos periféricos, etc., pueden hacer que su visión cambie drásticamente. Pueden requerir ayuda para trasladarse (cruzar una calle, leer letreos de ubicación, etc) aunque no usen bastón "normalmente" (o todavía). :s)
