Lo traduciría así: Protocolo: 3 P's (por sus siglas en Inglés) de Dolor, .... De otra forma tenes que buscar otro acrónimo para el Español. No siempre puedes traducir los términos, mucho menos los acrónimos. Como el ABC (por sus siglas en Inglés) de la Resucitación Cardio-Pulmonar. No se si me explico?

neutral  M. C. Filgueira: No entiendo esta respuesta. Transteam tiene claro que 3P no funciona en cast. y quiere saber si existe alguna manera para referirse a los tres puntos relacionados con los pacientes a los que las enfermeras de salas deben prestar cuidado durante la noche.
