English term or phrase: Word missing here?
I'm struggling with this paragraph:

"The specifics are not really applicable to day-to-day clinical practice but the overall strategy depicted by the World Health Organization analgesic ladder approach"
I think there's a verb missing.

My translation:

"Los detalles concretos no se pueden realmente aplicar a la práctica clínica cotidiana, pero la estrategia general que presenta la Organización Mundial de la Salud (constituye) un enfoque escalonado del tratamiento analgésico.

Any better ideas?

Thanks much.

Explanation:
la traducción de BUT en el párrafo, no es PERO; es SINO. Por lo tanto, la frase queda perfecta.

Saludos!
