And in spite of it (the BS) I was wrong, it is not the metal Pb, lead, after reading https://www.google.com/patents/US8217017 I would say it is being used as "pista", "guía" like when you refer about the information that may guide you to a new customer as a "lead". That's why I hid my previous answer.
